"All these tracks reflect the pair’s penchant for brilliant Anglo-infused melodic designs that brim over with effusive hooks, radiant harmonies and the sort of irresistible refrains that linger long after the disc leaves the player."

Jamie & Steve's first two albums were released on one disk in Japan, with the title "English Afterthoughts." This 18-song CD continues the relationship with Air Mail Recordings that began with the Japanese release of several Spongetones titles in 2009 (and led to Tokyo performances for the band.)

Air Mail Recordings also released "Let's Don't Count This One" as a promo single!

"Teeming with jungles of juicy melodies, Everly Brothers-meet-the-Beatles fashioned harmonies and chiming guitars galore, 'The Next Big Thing' really should be the next big thing!"
